Frank Harvey Logan is the founder and lead pastor of Faith Hope & Love Ministries in Tampa, Florida—a Christ-centered ministry birthed in 2021 by the divine ordination of God, independent from man. From the beginning, Faith Hope & Love Ministries has been guided by the Holy Spirit as a ministry of prayer, healing, deliverance, and the Word, raising believers to live for Jesus in purity, power, and purpose.

Before launching the ministry, Pastor Frank was trained as an evangelist for nine years in Nigeria under Prophet T.B. Joshua at The Synagogue, Church Of All Nations (SCOAN). During those years, he traveled to different nations assisting in crusades and revivals where Jesus Christ healed, delivered, and saved by His power.

He serves side by side in ministry with his wife, Shade, who also labored with him as an evangelist in Nigeria. Together, they continue to preach the Gospel and minister locally and internationally. The Lord has blessed their union with two children: a son, Melchizedek, and a daughter, Zion. As a husband, father, and pastor, Pastor Frank’s desire is simple—that Jesus Christ be glorified, souls be saved, and God’s people walk in the freedom and calling for which Christ died.
